Rehabilitation of the Lisbon National Conservatory (Music University)

The team formed by João Lúcio Lopes Arquitetos and Projectual won the international public tender for the preparation and coordination of the project.

The rehabilitation of the National Conservatory must safeguard the cultural and historical identity of the existing property, in relation to the typology and even the original cladding materials, without detracting from its image, both exterior and interior, protecting and maintaining its authenticity and preventing the loss of its essential aesthetic, historical, architectural and urban values.
