GALP opened another fuel station in Mozambique where PROJECTUAL, through its local company, Projectual Moçambique, once again had the privilege of being the engineering consultant company chosen for the development of the detail design, along with the supervision of the construction works until the operation start.

 

This time the chosen location was Cumbeza, in Maputo, reinforcing its presence in that region and thus continuing the expansion strategy of GALP network in this country.

Projectual was the consultant company in charge of the design of all the engineering disciplines for this 5-star hotel. The architecture was done by the recognized architecture office João Lúcio Lopes Arquitectos. The famous shoe designer, Christian Louboutin, chose the region of Melides in Portugal, where he already owns a private house, for the construction of this charming 5-star Hotel, in an investment budgeted at more than 2 million euros.

This hotel, which will have 15 rooms and a restaurant, is a highly demanding project with the highest quality standards.

Its conclusion and opening to the public is scheduled for the year 2021 and, as a result of the owners’ great visibility and media projection, it should result in another anchor investment for the promotion of this region.
