New Residential Development in Vilamoura

We developed the engineering designs for the new RIVUS residential development

PROJECTUAL is part of the team behind the Rivus, development in Vilamoura, where it handles all aspects of engineering design in collaboration with Fragmentos.

The residential project comprises 39 apartments—including two-, three-, and four-bedroom units—ranging in size from 107 to 202 m², with completion scheduled for the second half of 2028. Developed as part of a fund managed by Norfin SGOIC, Rivus strengthens the premium residential offering in Vilamoura.

The entire project was carried out through interdisciplinary coordination with the support of BIM/REVIT tools. We are proud to contribute, through engineering, to the realization of projects with high technical, functional, and quality standards.
