The “Vila Galé Collection Alter Real” has already opened, a 4-star resort with 77 rooms dedicated to the equestrian theme, located in the Stud Farm of Alter do Chão.

In this project, Projectual developed all design in the Civil specialties.

With 16 apartments and 5 rooms, located in the center of the historic and bohemian Pombalina downtown, rebuilt after the 1755 earthquake with an orthogonal layout and grandiose architecture from the 18th century, the Artist Hotel was born in a 1951 building.

The Artist – Boutique Suites symbolizes a passion for Lisbon: the praise of the Portuguese being, the heyday of the cultural movements of the 50s, the cinema mythical era, Vasco Santana and Beatriz Costa. Former home of the actor, the building with reconstruction by João Tiago Aguiar and interiors created by Nini Andrade Silva, exudes an atmosphere of sophistication, dating back to the dramatic scenarios painted by masters of the last century. Projectual ensured the management and supervision of the work.

From today, March 16th, Projectual will start telecommuting, as prevention against the spread of Covid-19.
